The process

What you share.
What you get.

A consultation with Nicci is built around your brief. Here is everything you can bring to it, how the session runs, and exactly what you will have at the end, so there are no surprises.

01 · What you share

Your brief, in your words.

The brief

The same questions a good agency asks. Three are required; the rest sharpen the advice.

  • Brand name Required
  • Brand proposition: what you offer, in a line Required
  • Target customer: who it's for and what matters to them Required
  • Key benefits and reasons to believe
  • Category, market and stage: from idea to established brand or rebrand
  • What you want help with: positioning, naming, identity, packaging, launch, social, advertising, pricing and range, rebrand
  • Budget, brand personality, competitors and current channels
  • Your biggest question right now

Brand assets and references

Up to 10 files, each under 5 MB. Nicci reads the text in documents and a description of each image, and refers to them in her advice.

  • Images (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF): your logo, current packaging, competitor packs, ads, social posts, website screenshots, mood references
  • PDFs: brand guidelines, strategy documents, research, briefs, price lists
  • PowerPoint (.pptx): pitch decks, brand decks, range presentations, including speaker notes
Good to know

Video, audio, Word documents, older .ppt files and design source files (Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) aren't read. Scanned PDFs without selectable text come through as blank. For those, a screenshot or an export to PDF works well.

Your voice

Talk it through live, type, or both. Everything you say during the session becomes part of the conversation Nicci works from.

02 · The session

24 hours with Nicci.

  1. Start with your code Your session opens when you enter your access code and stays open for 24 hours. Come back to it as often as you like in that time.
  2. Fill in your brief and add files Take your time. Your draft is saved in your browser as you type.
  3. Talk or type Talk to Nicci opens a hands-free conversation: no button to hold. Speak naturally; she hears when you've finished, answers out loud, and stops if you interrupt. Or choose Type instead for a written consultation.
  4. Diagnosis, then a recommendation Nicci works from your brief and files, asks at most two sharp questions when something important is missing, and gives you a clear recommendation with the reason for it, sized to your stage and budget.
  5. Wrap up End the call when you're done. Your written take-away appears straight away, and you can keep asking typed follow-ups for the rest of the 24 hours.

03 · What you get

Clear advice you can act on.

01

A live consultation

Advice on your brand, in conversation, grounded in your brief and files. The full transcript stays on screen as you talk.

02

A clear recommendation

Not a menu of options: what Nicci would do in your position and why, with the main trade-off when there is one.

03

A written take-away

At the end of a spoken consultation: a headline recommendation, what you discussed, and three to six practical next steps. Copy it with one click.

04

Notes with every typed answer

Typed consultations come with written notes, next steps and suggested follow-up questions under each reply.

05

A concept presentation

Once per session, turn your consultation into an A4 presentation: your brief, Nicci's written recommendation and three concept directions, each shown in a range of AI-generated imagery. Reviewed by the team before release, and ready to save as a PDF.

06

A route to the studio

If you want the work done, the team is a discovery call away at .

Your take-away is shown on screen for you to copy, and your presentation has its own private link; neither is emailed. Keep a copy before you close the page.

04 · What's not included

Setting expectations.

  • Finished design work. Concept imagery is illustrative, to agree a direction. Vector logos, layered artwork and print-ready files come later, when the studio develops the direction you choose.
  • Legal, trademark and financial advice. Nicci gives general direction and will point you to a qualified professional.
  • A human adviser. Nicci is an AI. She'll always say so, and she can make mistakes: check anything important before you act on it.
  • Unlimited time. A session covers one brief for 24 hours. A second brand or a later check-in is a second session.
